A.   GENERAL DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL APPLICATIONS (tick if attached):

   Completed application form: Our Finance Manager can speak with you to arrange completion

      of the application form. 

   100 Points of identification – for all applicants and/or guarantors must include one of the following:

      Australian Birth Certificate, Australian Passport, Australian Citizenship Certificate or evidence

      of permanent resident status, Additional documents may include a Drivers Licence or Medicare

      Card or Credit Card etc. 

   Copy of the Contract for Sale of the property being purchased (usually the first 6 pages which

      includes the particulars of sale page and the pages containing any special conditions). 

   Evidence of Income (any two of the following):

      Two recent pay slips and/or group certificate and/or letter of employment (stating position held,

      length of service and gross annual salary) and/or bank statement showing deposit of

      salary in applicant’s bank account. If self-employed, last two years tax returns.
