       the volume and Folio number/s from the title/s.

    Confirmation of the value of your existing property/ies from a Real Estate Agent or Registered

       Valuer.

    Evidence of any savings/own funds/gift being used towards the purchase if other security/equity

      is not being used.

C.  WHERE THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY IS A SUPERANNUATION FUND, COMPANY OR OTHER ENTITY:

    Proof that the entity is authorised to enter into the Contract for Sale.

    An Indemnity in a form provided by us signed by a Director, Trustee or other officer guaranteeing

       the Performance of the entity.
