The
First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) scheme has been established to
offset the effect of the GST on home ownership by providing a grant
to first
home buyers. The Government Grant is available for all purchases
from
1st July 2000 to all applicants eligible to receive the grant.
Application forms
are available and can be lodged via Mars Finance® on your
behalf.
